Runners-i strained my gluteus medius? - gluteus medius strain
I am a high school runner and I am quite confident that a strained gluteus medius. I think injury is relatively common in runners. How long will I be? What should I do in therapy? What can I do in the future to strengthen the muscles and to ensure that it does not happen again?
