- A non-solid and expensive to maintain spare parts for airframes, I can fairly without too much difficulty (see ... in the air is expensive)
- Ability to carry two people (driver + 1) fuel and a reasonable quantity of luggage, or 3-4 people with fuel and light piece of luggage - maybe even a toothbrush or similar night
- 500 + mile area
- To fly fun, responsible and honest
- Decent performance for short range enough power for a hot day climbing / high
- Blankets-12000 or higher
- Cruises faster than the C-172 speeds
- Art retractable or fixed minor
- Any metal or fiberglass
- I really do not want a pilot with less than what I built
- Somewhere night VFR equipped for cheap 60K (IFR or light, although this requirement could bring down the cell less)
- From Lycoming / Continental / Franklin / Jabi/ Lycoming Engines etc Ru would be my first choice
